5. Billing and Payments

Payment terms and conditions:

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy

6. Free Trial and Usage Limits

• Reverse engineering or unauthorized access is prohibited

10. Limitation of Liability

Fluenzy AI's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses arising from service use.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration law.

12. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
